It looked just like the photos, which was a nice surprise. The pictures were accurate, so I’d feel good recommending it if you’re going off what you see online.

I had a smooth experience with this order. The tracking came through quickly and kept updating along the way, so I always had a good idea of where the package was. It showed up when expected and everything was in good shape. If you’re ordering and wondering about delivery, I’d say just keep an eye on the tracking updates, mine were reliable and made the whole process stress-free.

Support was helpful overall, but it did take a little longer than I was hoping. I had a question about my order, and to be fair, I might have been a bit impatient since I was trying to get everything sorted before a busy week.

I ordered a cap and the color was really close to the photos, actually, maybe a touch darker in person now that I think about it, but not enough to bother me. Overall I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars.

I ordered from Elcapitanbrand and the material is okay, like it doesn’t feel super cheap or anything, but I guess I was expecting it to be a little thicker. The fit was fine too, which I know isn’t really about the material, but that’s where my mind went when I tried it on.

I also reached out with a quick question, and support basically said, “No worries, we’ll help you get it sorted,” which was nice and made the whole experience feel even better.

I’ve worn the jacket a few times now and the stitching still looks super clean. No loose threads or messy spots anywhere, which is always a relief, right? It feels like they took their time making it. Happy with this buy.

I ordered a shirt and ended up sending it back because the sizing didn’t really work for me. To be fair, the return itself was fine and the refund did make it back to my card, so I can’t say there was any major problem there.

The only thing that bugged me a bit was the timing. It took about 9 days after they received the return, which isn’t awful, but if you’re expecting a quick refund it might feel a little slow. For my situation, 3 stars seems about right

I ordered my usual size, or at least what I thought was my usual size, and the fit was just really inconsistent. One piece felt way too tight, while another in the exact same size was weirdly roomy. Maybe I’m second-guessing myself here, but they were both marked the same, so I don’t know. The quality seems fine overall, but the sizing makes me nervous about ordering again. Having to mess with returns over this is frustrating

For what you pay, it’s sorta hard to complain. It does the job, and I’m happy with it overall.
